Breathwork

Breathwork  has been part of my work for years, but until now it's only been available in person and to those who could make it to Worthing.

That's about to change.

Over the coming months I'll be introducing a range of in-person and online breathwork experiences, making it easier to access this work wherever you are.

Not everybody needs the same kind of breathwork.

Some people need a regular space to release.
Some want practical breathing techniques they can use in everyday life.
Some are looking for support with panic attacks.

Others need to move before they can be still.

That's why you'll now find a range of breathwork experiences, both online and in person, designed to meet you where you are.

Explore the experiences below and register your interest to be the first to hear when new dates are released.

Breathwork for Nervous System Release
For when life feels full and you need room to breathe again.

My signature monthly breathwork experience held in Worthing.

We begin with gentle drum activation before moving into a guided Conscious Controlled Breathwork journey, creating space for your body to release stress, tension and everything you've been carrying.

You'll spend the session lying comfortably with headphones and an eye mask, allowing yourself to fully switch off from the outside world.

Perfect if you're looking for a regular emotional and nervous system reset.

Somatic Dynamic Breathwork(SDB)
Movement Before Stillness

Not everybody finds stillness by lying down.
Some bodies need to move first.

Somatic Dynamic Breathwork combines guided movement, Conscious Connected Breathwork and moments of stillness throughout the experience.
Each movement exploration creates a different experience in the body before breathwork helps deepen it, allowing you to notice what shifts.

We finish with a high-energy movement journey inspired by rhythm, repetition and complete immersion in the music before finally arriving in stillness.

Perfect for anyone who finds movement easier than meditation and wants a more expressive breathwork experience.

Cabin Breathwork for Nervous System Release
A smaller, more personal experience.

Held in The Cabin with just 5-6 participants, these daytime offer the same supportive breathwork experience in a quieter, more intimate setting.

Perfect if you prefer smaller groups, can't make evening sessions or are newer to breathwork.

One last thing...

Your body already knows how to breathe.
Sometimes it just needs the time, space and permission to do what it's been trying to do all along.

Choose the experience that feels right for you.

I'll meet you there.

This isn’t a big breakthrough session -  It’s somewhere your body actually lets go
