REGULAR MONTHLY / WEEKLY CLASSES / SESSIONS
Regular classes / sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours before the class / session starts.
This 24-hour window is there to give others the opportunity to take your place if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend.
If you cancel a class within 24 hours of the class start time, it cannot be transferred to another date, and you will lose the class.
If you cancel a class, it can only be rescheduled once, and the new date needs to be within 4 weeks of the original booking.
Failure to attend will result in the class / session being lost and no refund will be given.
Refunds will not be given for regular monthly / weekly classes / sessions
IN PERSON COURSES, EVENTS, WORKSHOPS
If you wish to cancel your place on an In Person Course, Event or Workshop, fees cannot be refunded unless I am able to fill your space in a reasonable time frame of the course, event or workshop beginning.
If your place cannot be filled, then a refund will not be given.
No refunds will be given once the course has started.
RETREATS
There is a Non-Refundable deposit of £100.
If you wish to cancel your place on a retreat, payments are only refundable if there is enough time and I am able to re-sell your place on the retreat.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or travel problems.
I strongly advise you have travel insurance to cover any cancellations, delays, personal belongings or any medical expenses.
PERSONAL COACHING / BRAINSPOTTING SESSIONS
Payment is required at the time of booking OR by agreed payment plan.
Personal Coaching / Brainspotting sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 72 hours before the session starts.

DOWNLOADABLE / DIGITAL / ONLINE SELF STUDY COURSES / WORKSHOPS / WEBINARS
Once payment has been made, downloadable / digital / course content can be downloaded immediately and therefore on completion of payment is deemed used. No refunds will be given for Downloadable / Digital / Online Self Study Courses / Workshops / Webinars
