– Tracking how your system copes (freeze, fawn, dissociation, over-functioning)
– Identifying what actually regulates you (not what Instagram told you to do)
– Reclaiming your sensory profile - what soothes, what spikes, what grounds
– Learning how to read your signals before they scream
– Repairing your relationship to rest, stillness, and slowness

P – Peace

FAQ's

Do I need to be in crisis to start this?
No. Most of my clients are high-functioning on the outside - but internally, they’re exhausted from holding everything.
They’re not falling apart. They’re shutting down - and they’re ready to stop calling that “coping.”

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy works top-down - using logic to make sense of your experience.
This work is bottom-up.
We meet the pattern in the body, where it’s still wired in, not just talked about..

How is this different from a single REMAP session?
A single REMAP session can take the charge off one imprint.
But it’s not built to create the baseline of safety needed for full rewiring.
SELF Elevation holds the whole arc - safety, rewiring, and long-term integration.

What if I miss a session?
Life happens.
We’ll reschedule with notice - this is nervous-system safe,
not rigid.
All sessions must be used within the 6‑month container.

Is this right for me if I’m nervous?
Most clients arrive nervous. Bracing is the baseline.
